commanded by the Lords Commissioners of Her Majesty's
Treasury to acquaint you for the information of Lord Stanley, that My Lord concur with his Lordship, that the Expenses of the Legal proceedings, to which the Despatch from the Governor of Hong Kong has reference, should not be defrayed from
the Colonial Treasury.
